Now that you have completed the lab, it is time to delete resources you created so that you no are no longer billed for them.
From the main page of the AWS console, select Cloud9 by clicking the link under Developer Tools or entering “Cloud9” in the Find Services box and clicking the result.
In the Cloud9 console, click the “Delete” button in the “Your environments” box.
A confirmation prompt will appear. Follow the instructions in the prompt to delete the Cloud9 environment.
It will takes several minutes to delete the environment.
Click the AWS logo in the upper-left corner of the console to return to the main console page.
Navigate to Amazon QLDB by finding it under the list of services under Database, or you can find it by typing it in the search bar at the top.
In the QLDB console, click the radio button to select the “ion-lab” ledger and click the “Edit” button.
Uncheck the “Enable deletion protection” button and click “Confirm changes”.
Back in the QLDB console, click the radio button to select the “ion-lab” ledger and click the “Delete” button.
A confirmation prompt will appear. Follow the instructions in the prompt and click the “Delete” button to delete the ledger.
After several minutes, the ledger will be deleted.
